This my help.

Misc.

I did make a Celery Slaw when I worked in a restaurant. But, it used regular ribbed celery and has sour cream in the dressing. However, if the salad recipe you are looking for has a sweet/tart clear dressing, It probably has a base of sugar, vinegar, oil and maybe onion and salt. The following one is very good and has a dressing with a oil, vinegar and sugar base. You may want to try it and use the dressing for your salad. Please let me know if it works.

Saurkraut Salad:
1- 16 oz can saurkraut, drain. Pour boiling water over to cover let stand until cold and drained.
1 c. diced celery.
2-3 Tbsp chopped green onion.
1/4 c. diced onion.

Dressing, whisk together and pour over vegies.
2 Tbsp. oil.
2/3 c. vinegar.
1 1/2 c. sugar.
