Gina, this sounds delicious! I love anything with noodles! And the cake sounds wonderful, I can't wait to try it. I am truly the Queen of Carbohydrates. I'm always struggling with my weight, and too often my weight wins! Ah, well, such is life. Good food is such a blessing, and I can't pass up a blessing! Thanks for sharing such great recipes again and again! You're my hero!
