I couldn't believe this until I double checked one of my cookbooks, but I've made this same delicious casserole several times too! In it (Lion House CB) it's called Green Noodle & Ham Bake & has a lovely picture of the finished dish. I still have enough ham leftover & think I'll make it again tonight. Thanks for posting, Gina & sounds like such a charming little cafe. Cali
