Tips: Whipped Cream Frosting

Misc.
I use a special product that is just like whipped cream. I use it for my version
of the fruit basket cake. That's what everybody started calling this cake.
I buy this item from a restaurant supply store. Here it is called "Smart and
Final". It comes in a quart container similar to a quart of milk; however, it is
frozen. You just defrost and whip up in your mixer. The product is called
"Pastry Pride". The finished product is just like stabilized whipped cream.
I also noticed in the grocery store now a small pint container in the refrigerator
section of a similar product. Really easy to use and is delicious.
