It looks like the 3 of us have the North American continent pretty much covered (Ontario, Florida and California). If we could get someone in the Northern Territories or Alaska we'd really cover it!

Brig, you are really posting! Thank you for all of the recipes. I'm going to have to sign off here pretty soon, so I will probably only be able to post one a day. Does that sound ok to you?
