wacky apple pie

REQUEST FOR RECIPE CALLED WACKY APPLE PIE..

Had a piece of the most delicious pie...

It was about 3 inches high, had apples & custard and drizzled on top
with caramel... Some pecans were sprinkled on top. Pie had crust on
the bottom only... It was to die for...

Coffee shop is charging $38.00 CDN... and they won't tell me who the
supplier is... HELP!
