Gina, it sounds like you had a wonderful time on your vacation, but like everyone else, missed your daily posting and recipes. I loved your story about Miss Betty and her chocolate pie. I was thinking about making chili for supper and if I have all the ingredients, I will try your recipe using the black beans instead. I'm looking forward to more of your vacation stories.
