And, it does look like an excellent choice for Father's Day.

But, lucky Luis has a sockeye salmon in the freezer, with his name on it. And some jalapeno poppers from my last trip to Costco. That's as far as I have planned for his Big Day. He says he already bought himself a present, guess that means he had something particular in mind!
