What type of bread?

This sound absoultly wonderful and not hard either. Thanks for such a neat bunch recipe, I can't wai to try it!
I have one question, the only round bread they sell aroun here(small rural area) is that Hawaiaan Bread. Is this the type you mean? If not what type of bread and couldn't I make the bread myself? Got any recipe ideas?
