
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
1/4 cup Wesson Oil
Salt and pepper
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/4 cup ripe olives, sliced
2 cans (8 oz. each) Hunt's Tomato Sauce with Cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Grated Parmesan cheese
Place chicken in shallow baking pan, brush with Wesson Oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes; remove from oven.
Arrange spaghetti in 2 1/2- quart casserole. Top with chicken pieces. Arrange green pepper, onion and olives over top.
Mix tomato sauce, Worcestershire, 1 teaspoon salt and oregano; pour over chicken and spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
Makes 4 to 5 servings
