wnted to add to info about liquid smoke

Hi You can find liquid smoke in groceries near the worchestershire sauce, and sometimes near the spices. It is really great in marinades. You can make a chicken marinade with about 10 drops added to your w.sauce,vinegar and oil,etc., and for steak, if you add a bit of coffee and some liquid smoke to the marinade, it is really something. It adds a grilled taste to stuff, even when it's not really grilled.
