Your Thanksgiving menu sounds delicious and your instructions for roasting Mr. Turkey are right on the money. You have described the steps to a perfect turkey! Isn't the aroma grom thismeal fabulous? I love it!!

I can't wait to read your salad recipe. Wish I were there to enjoy the snow, I miss it! What pasrt of Alaska are you in?
