Recipe(tried): Baked Orzo and Cheese - Love it

Loved this recipe (Baked Orzo and Cheese). It's basically mac and cheese. I'm not great with measurements and have no idea how much 1/2 pound of orzo actually is. It didn't matter! I eyeballed all the measurements and it was awesome.
