FAMILY STEAK MARINADE
1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/3 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Heinz Gourmet Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. Heinz Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 pounds flank, top round or chuck steak
Combine all ingredients, except meat. Place meat in shallow baking dish; pour marinade over meat. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or longer, turning occasionally.
Grill or broil steak to desired doneness, brushing with remaining marinade.*
Place meat on cutting board and thinly slice diagonally across grain. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 1/4 cups marinade
