YES HE MAKES HIS OWN NOODLES AND GAVE ME THE RECIPE

He gave me the recipe, but it was straight off the top of his head and I still can't duplicate it. How can you make the stock rich, chickeny, and thick. He does make his own noodles. I wish that I could have watched him make this before he passed away.
