is from Lebanese ancestry & was born in the Dominican Republic. At Myrza's 10th birthday (I was 10 also) I tasted all the Lebanese delicacies usually consumed at the Dominican Republic. I was marveled, speechless & anxious to try them again. Later, many years later, when I moved to San Juan to work as a lawyer I went to "Jerusalem", my still favorite Arab restaurant & tasted again for thousands of times the delicious Kippe, the dolmades, the salata & all the other foods that I miss so much in Ponce.

I have never dared to cook a kippe, because I think I will never have the ability to do so.
