Oh, I am sure you could be an excellent kipe-maker!

This is just the sort of thing we do as a family. We also regularly make california rolls (sushi) and spring rolls. Before you know it, we have a mountain of food, with my two sons and husband rolling away. It is fun to see the different techniques everyone brings to the table!

The other day, I make a quick stop on my way home from a day out with the kids to my favourite food shop. They have everything, some of it very weird! Anyway, I stopped in front of the bulgur, and they had some that is quite coarse, which is my favourite kind (more chewy). And even though I had quite a bit at home (finer grind), I picked it up because I can't count on finding it locally.

Now, I can use it for the kipe, good timing, huh?

thanks again, my friend!

Carolyn!
