I have not made any of the recipes that I gave you. Usually you use pizza dough to make calzones which is what your description sounds like. Are you maybe looking for calzones rather than ciabatta? Ciabatta is often used for panini(sandwiches)that are grilled in a panini grill or between two very hot black, cast iron pans. I am pretty sure that I can find you recipes for either and that there are probably recipes on this site for both. Just type either in the search box and hit you enter key and they should pop up for you. Good luck, Carole!
