I too poked around the internet trying to find a recipe for you, and this one just sounded right.
I've found in the past that Ina Gartens recipes are usually pretty reliable.
I'm having a lot of trouble with my knees. Orthopaedic Dr. says it's not arthritis, but some kind of problem with muscles. He injected some gel into both knees 2 weeks ago and I'm finally feeling some relief. If it works it should last for up to a year. We will see.
Jim is doing okay, although he has slowed down considerably.
