ISO: Macaroni and Cheese with Lobster

Went to a wedding last weekend. One of the appetizers was a small square glass with a tiny spoon for the macaroni/cheese and lobster chunks. It was wonderful, and I could have gladly eaten IT for my real dinner! Does anyone have a recipe for this? This tasted like regular mac/cheese, and chunks of lobster, but the sauce had something different in it, maybe vermouth, or somethng like that?
