Love the steak recipe. We enjoy sweet potatoes so much but I never thought to spray them with Pam. Great idea. Better is the addition of the brown sugar & spices. Even "I" can put a sweet potato in the oven (often do)! Can't wait to try adding the goodies you suggested. Tonight I tried for the first time the fairly new Campbell's Chicken Dijon soup. Sauteed some boneless chicken breasts, added a bit of water to the soup and plopped it over the chicken breasts. Ahhhhh! We all can't have the talents of the many fine cooks here. Always look forward to your Sunday dinners!
