ISO: Ham loaf with pineapple rings

My late mother-in-law used to make this hamloaf recipe every holiday instead of a turkey. It was sooooo yummy. Lost the recipe. It alternated rings of ham loaf mixture with pineapple rings with a brown sugar/pinepple sauce basted. It was even better the next day. Please help! My daughter wants to make this for Christmas. My father-in-law is coming for the first holiday after his wife's death. My daughter has her heart set on this.PLEASE!!
