Recipe: Maple Pecan Tarts

Misc.
Hi Pam,

Until someone posts the recipe you're looking for, maybe you can experiment with this recipe substituting instant pistachio pudding for the butterscotch pudding, chopped pistachios for the pecans and omitting the maple flavoring (vanilla or lemon flavoring might be tasty substitutes for that).

Maple Pecan Tarts

1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. maple flavoring
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
1/2 cup chopped Royal pecans
8 baked tart shells

Combine milk, cream, and maple flavoring.
Add Royal instant butterscotch pudding and beat until smooth.
Fold in chopped pecans. Turn into tart shells.
Chill.
Serve garnished with whipped cream and chopped pecans.

Happy Baking,

Betsy
