ISO: Spaghetti Sauce (not too spicy and not sweet)

Misc.
I am looking for a good recipe for spaghetti sauce. The ones I have make a sauce that is on the sweet side (even though they do not have sugar added). I am looking for one that is not too spicy and definitely not sweet.

If you can help, I would really appreciate it.
