Recipe(tried): Red Hot and Blue Potato Salad - the one and only

Salads - Potato, Pasta
this recipe is correct. i work at red hot and blue and have made the potato salad hundreds of times. no actual celery, just celery salt, and definitely no sour cream, though some restaurant locations may make it differently. also, we don't normally put pepper in it, only salt though you could certainly add pepper if so desired. personally i like it best when the potatoes are a little mashed (as opposed to big chunks of potatoes), so i think the best time to make the salad is as soon as the potatoes come out of the steamer. just make sure to wear gloves (or several as i like to do) as the spuds can burn your hands. aslo, break the potatoes up into pieces with your hands instead of cutting with a knife. hope this helps!
