Recipe: Big Red Soda Cake (using cake mix)

BIG RED SODA CAKE

1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 can Big Red soda
FOR THE ICING:
1 cup milk
1 (4-serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 small tub Cool Whip, thawed

Prepare cake mix and bake according to package directions.

AFTER CAKE IS DONE:
Combine 1 cup boiling water with Jello and Big Red. Punch holes in cake with a fork. Pour red mixture over cake.

FOR THE ICING:
Mix together well milk, vanilla pudding mix, and Cool Whip. Spread on cooled cake.
