Denise: Here are a couple Oreo ice cream receipes that were previuosly posted here on The Recipe Link. I don't see the eggy you mentioned, however. Wow, these look good! Maybe someone else will have that one. I hope these help.

Oreo Ice Cream Pie

Oreo cookies, crushed to 1-1/2 to 2 cups (depends upon size of serving dish)
Up to a quart of vanilla ice cream, softened
16 oz. cool whip
Chocolate syrup

Crumble cookies in a large casserole. After ice cream has softened a
bit, spread over the oreo cookies. Spread Cool whip over the ice
cream. Drizzle chocolate syrup over cool ship. Place back in freezer
until firm.

Luscious Oreo Ice Cream Dessert

1 ( 15-oz. ) pkg. oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 jar caramel ice cream topping
1/2c. chopped pecans
2 or 3 c. cool whip
shaved chocolate to garnish

Crush crumbs and spread half in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. reserve half.
Spread ice cream over top. Drizzle caramel topping over ice cream. Sprinkle nuts over top, then layer the rest of the crumbs. Spread cool whip over top and garnish with chocolate. Freeze until firm, cut into squares and soften about fifteen minutes before serving.
