Recipe: Basic White Bread for Magic Chef 250-2 (bread machine)

Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt 1 3/4 tsp
Bread Flour 4 cups
Dry Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Active Dry Yeast 2 1/2 tsp

1 1/2lb loaf
Water 1 1/4 cups
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp

Dry Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Active Dry Yeast 2 tsp

Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp

Dry Milk Powder 1 1/2tbsp
Active Dry Yeast 1 1/2tsp

I have the manual, but my machine broke this week. The Kneading blade cracked all the way through, and Magic Chef has gone out of business so can't get the part.
