HERB AND CHEESE BREAD
FOR ONE (1-POUND) LOAF:
3/4 cup water
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons skim milk powder
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning
1 teaspoon bread machine yeast
FOR ONE (1 1/2 POUND) LOAF:
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons skim milk powder
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Select loaf size. Add ingredients to bread machine pan according to the manufacturer's directions, adding cheese with flour.
Process in the basic/white bread cycle; light or medium/normal color setting, depending on how your machine bakes.
Note: The cook time will vary depending on the model and brand of your bread machine and the time you program it for.
