Hi Papa -- Here are some bread machine banana nut bread recipes. I hope they help.
BANANA BREAD
2 Large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 Bananas, medium, mashed
1/3 cup margarine
1 1/3 cups flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
All ingredients are room temperature. Measure eggs, butter, milk and bananas into the bread pan and set aside. In a medium-mixing bowl, combine the remaining dry ingredients. Mix well and add to the bread pan.

Banana Walnut Bread (ABM)
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup bananas, mashed
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon yeast
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
To toast nuts: Spread the nuts in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Bake at a 350 F oven for 5 to 10 minutes or till light golden brown, watching carefully and stirring once or twice. Add the ingredients to a bread machine according to manufacturer's directions, adding the banana with the milk. Bake the bread using regular or white setting (use the light color setting, if available).

Bananas and Cream Bread (ABM)
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons wheat germ
3 tablespoons powdered milk
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 tablespoons oil
1 cup mashed bananas
2 tablespoons mashed bananas
3/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon water
3/4 cup chopped nuts
Add all ingredient except the raisins or nuts and bake on raisin bread cycle. At the beeper add the raisins or nuts.

1/2 cup walnuts
1 1/2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup dark brown sugar packed
1/4 cup sugar
Put all the ingredients in order in the breadmachine and use quickbread or cake setting or regular setting for 1 lb loaf.
