ISO: Joshua's Restaurant (Paso Robles, CA) purple cabbage slaw dressing

Misc.
Joshua's Restaurant in Paso Robles, CA (I'm not even sure if it's still in business) had the most wonderful dressing on its purple cabbage slaw. I purchased some once and tried to re-create it, but couldn't. It was WONDERFUL!!!
