Recipe(tried): Pollo Fundido - Thank You: Yummy!

Jackie, I just wanted to let you know that I made the recipie for my family and it was very close to the one I was trying to copy. I changed a couple of things and it came out even closer! We all agree that it tastes just like Garcia's recipie. We have had it twice now and enjoyed it thouroughly each time! Thanks again! Without your help I don't think we would be enjoying that dish at home. Have a great day!
