Recipe: Joe's Stone Crab Vinaigrette Dressing

Salads - Salad Dressings
This recipe is from The Special Taste of Florida, copyright 1995. Guess they can change their recipes. I notice it doesn't have garlic, but lots of onion and chives. Is it like what you had?

Joe's Stone Crab Vinaigrette Dressing
Makes 1 3/4 cups dressing

3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup drained capers (optional)
1/3 cup wine or cider vinegar
1/4 cup chopped onion or scallions
1 chopped hard-cooked egg
3 tbsp minced fresh parsley
2 tbsp chopped pimento
2 tbsp minced chives
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Whisk together all ingredients. Store in the refrigerator.
