ISO: Planet Hollywood L.A. lasagna

Misc.
While in Orlando and eating at Planet Hollywood, I experienced a dish called "L.A. Lasagna". Rather than the traditional layer lasagna, it was a "A California twist to a classic lasagna! Fresh pasta tubes filled with ricotta cheese and bolognese meat sauce fried to a golden brown and covered with garlic cream sauce and tomato basil sauce". Does anyone have any idea how to make this? It was wonderful!
