Recipe(tried): Chili's Southwestern Egg Roll - Quesadilla Variation

The recipe is fantastic....the filling seems to be exact. I found a quicker way, instead of freezing and deep frying, I make quesadillas instead. It is quicker, less fat, but the same amazing taste.
