ISO: Greek Dinor Chili (Erie, PA)

Misc.
I grew up in Erie, PA, and have always been a HUGE fan of the chili and greek sauce that was so prominent there at great places like Cristo's Hamurger Haven, Taki's, New York Lunch, and many of the diners in the area. I've seen recipes posted for the greek sauce that they put on the hamburgers and hot dogs and fries, but NOT the chili. If memory serves, it was tomatoless, and was quite thick, heavy on the beans, and very spicy. Any help is very much appreciated!
