Recipe(tried): Biscuits and Gravy

I am a TRUE Southerner that also love's his Biscuit's and gravy.

Honestly today, at least here in Florida you can buy the packet's (in the seasoning/ingredient aisle) for cream/milk gravy/white gravy that is cheap and just as good as home made. GRAVY is one os the easiest thing's to make.
Also make mine with Hot Sausage (Tennessee Pride) is the best.

Brown sausage until almost done, keep the sausage in the same pan or separate, whichever you are comfortable with.keeping and using the grease from the sausage, add 1-2 tablespoon of all purpose flour, it will thicken to a gooeyness but that is what give's the gravy it's thickness.

After the flour turn's thick, add a cup of milk & cup of water, let it cook and stir the goo into the milk & water mixture. As the gravy thickens, cook it to desired thickness. IF it ever becomes to thick, just add a lil more milk, if to thin, a little more flour. Now add salt and pepper to desired taste.
IT IS really easy.

Then make any frozen biscuit you want.
I've found that the Frozen in a bag biscuit's are best economically for 1 or 2 people because you cook what you want, not a can of 10.
