Recipe(tried): Red Hot and Blue Potato Salad

Salads - Potato, Pasta
I worked at Red Hot & Blue for years and the recipe is red skin potatoes, eggs, celery seed, salt (more than you think) and DUKES Mayo. The lady who made it said it was the secret ingredient!
