Thanks for posting the recipe and I eat at Whole Hog Cafe often. The recipe will serve about 8 average servings. I wanted to give a couple of suggestions. First is to bake the potatoes don't boil them and leave the skins on. Second is to slice the potatoes don't cut them into cubes. The restaurant slices them about a 1/4 inch thick and they bake their potatoes. Your family will rave over this salad. Hope this helps.
