Recipe: Steamer's Sweet Potato Biscuits (from MD Eastern Shore, using Bisquick)

STEAMER'S SWEET POTATO BISCUITS
(from MD Eastern Shore)

2 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix

Mix sweet potatoes, sugar and butter together. Add Bisquick, mixing together thoroughly.

Knead lightly and pat out on floured board. Make 2 oz. biscuits. Place on greased baking pan.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until done.
