Recipe: Irish Soda Bread (bread machine)

Breads - Bread Machine
IRISH SODA BREAD

1 1/4 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/4 cup skim milk*
1 1/4 tbsp. canola oil
5 tbsp. raisins
2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 tbsp. caraway seeds
1 2/3 cups bread flour
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp yeast

*Measure the vinegar into you liquid measuring cup. Add skim milk. Or substitute buttermilk.

This is for 1 medium loaf
