Recipe: Welsh Billies Tea Cakes

I think this is the recipe you seek: Welsh Tea Cakes. My family has many recipes that also have gone to Heaven, so I understand your frustration. I have had some success writing down what I remember watching, experimenting, adjusting. Unfortunately for most, it is the memory that can't be tasted again.
