Recipe(tried): Banana Peppers, Pickled (a 'p.s.')

Misc.

A 'p.s.' to the recipe I posted...
If you don't want to 'pack' the spices in with solution/peppers, tie them in a clean cloth, and drop the packet into the solution; will give the flavor but not have them in the jar (we use a stainless steel tea ball).
Important; REFRIGERATE THE PEPPERS, once they have been opened.

Also, if you like med-hot to hot peppers, a gal shared an old family recipe with us for peppers in a tomato sauce which makes a nice side dish; or good on a sandwich. If you like, ask for it through posting, or Betsy has my e-mail address and you can write me direct.

ENJOY those peppers, no matter what recipe you find you like!
