Recipe: Rocky Road Candy (using sweetened condensed milk, marshmallows and peanuts)

ROCKY ROAD CANDY

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. butter
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
1 (10 1/2 oz) bag mini marshmallows

Melt sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips and butter together.

In large bowl combine peanuts and marshmallows. Stir in chocolate mixture. Spread in wax paper lined 13x9-inch pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
