Thank You: Banana Peppers, Pickled

Misc.
LaDonna,
I used my 17qt pressure cooker for the first time using your reccipe you and your husband make using the ratios that you use.
My husband LOVES THEM! And I didn't even blow my kitchen up doing it! It was easy and fun.

Can I save any left over pickling mix that has already been heated and use it again if I have a lot left over?

Thanks for a great recipe!
