Recipe: Peppered Pecans

Hi Jo Ann;
This recipe is strictly Spicy, not sweet. I guess you could add a little sugar if you wanted to, but they sound good the way they are.
PEPPERED PECANS
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups pecan halves
Preheat oven to 250*. In small skillet, melt butter. Add garlic,Tabasco, and salt, cook 1 minute. toss pecans with butter mixture, spread in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 1 hour or until pecans are crisp, stir occasionally.
