Recipe: Snickers Pie (using Cool Whip and pudding mix)

SNICKERS PIE

4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 3/4 cups plus 1 tbsp cold milk, divided use
1 (12 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed, divided use
2 Snickers bars (2 oz. each), chopped
2 pkg. (4 serving size each) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 Oreo or Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Mix cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of the milk until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of the Cool Whip and Snickers. Set aside.

Add dry pudding mix to the remaining 1 3/4 cups of cold milk and beat for 1 minute. Fold in half of the remaining Cool Whip.

Spread half of the pudding mixture on the bottom of the pie crust. Spread on the cream cheese mixture. Spread the remaining pudding over the top and garnish with reserved chopped Snickers. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.

Garnish with remaining Cool Whip.
