Dear Gladys: about recipe

I have not made this recipe so I don't know how this recipe should be but according to this lady's recipe Zuleika Gonzelez-Tiernan this is how she makes her recipe. I thought 1/2 pound of garlic seemed like a lot too. Maybe she likes alot of garlic. I decided to weight the garlic and see how much 1/2 lb. of garlic you would need. 2 1/2 large bulbs of garlic weighted in at 1/2 lb.
