ISO: Mashed Potatoe Balls

Misc.
A latin co-worker used to make what I call Mashed Potatoe Balls, they were round mashed potatoe balls filled with a ground beef mixture.
I would love to make this dish (especially with so much left over mashed potatoes). Please reply if you know how to make this delicious dish.
Thanks!!
