Recipe: Seafood Casserole (using cream of mushroom soup and sour cream)

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
SEAFOOD CASSEROLE

5 to 6 cups cooked rice
2 lb. crab or shrimp
2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
Shredded cheese (for top)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients together and place in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
